The “Don’t be a culinary wuss!” philosophy is not about what you eat, but what you do to inspire yourself and other cooks. Whether you’re a die-hard vegan or roasted a panda on a spit last night for the hell of it does not necessarily interest me (okay, with regard to the panda, maybe a little). What does interest me is how you keep your kitchen life fresh and interesting. How you would combine spinach and peanut butter for the most edible results. Which celebrity chef most accurately represents you. What kind of frosting you used to make those cupcakes look like boobs.
